Licensed Builder
With 36 years as a qualified carpenter and 30 years as a licensed builder, Francis brings unmatched experience and dedication to every renovation. His building knowledge is especially valuable when bathrooms reveal water damage, structural issues or changes that extend beyond the visible finishes.
