Founder & Licensed Builder
With over 60 years in the trade, Carmelo is the founder and heart of Perry Constructions. As a licensed builder, he's built over 130 homes. As a carpenter, he's shaped thousands more.
His experience, work ethic and hands-on approach have set the standard for the business.
Francis Perry
Licensed Builder
With 36 years as a qualified carpenter and 30 years as a licensed builder, Francis brings unmatched experience and dedication to every project. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality results, he puts customer satisfaction at the centre of everything he does.
Winner of the Victorian Apprentice of the Year award in 1990, Francis continues to uphold a high standard of work.
Zac Perry
Qualified Carpenter
With 8 years of hands-on experience, Zac is the third generation of Perry Constructions. Inspired by his father and grandfather, he's grown up on job sites and developed a deep respect for the trade.
From new home developments and renovations to painting, fencing, flooring and tiling, Zac has built a diverse skill set and is proudly following the footsteps of those who came before him.
